First time visiting from out of town. Ordered an Italian sub, drinks, and pasta salad. Sat down after a long car ride to try and relax. Went to fill our drinks and the ice machine was broken so I had to walk back to the counter and wait for someone to help me, then noticed they had not given us any plastic forks for the salad, so again I had to walk back up and wait. Then started to eat the salad and of course, no napkins anywhere on site. So back to the counter and were handed brown paper towels like that in the bathroom. The food was mediocre at best, the service was beyond bad. This was the first and last time eating at Jimmy John's.

I emphasized that I did not want ANY condiments on our sub order, clarifying no mayo, no oil, etc. Weng back to the park and discovered both subs were slathered with mayo. I called and asked for the manager who told me she had my account information and would provide an account credit. We never received a credit. Guess I will be canceling my Jimmy John’s account and going to other sub restaurants in the future!

For what it is...everything was excellent. Staff and facility were clean an organized. Service was quick, and my sub was made perfectly. Honestly, in my top ten of fast food experiences.

Food is great as always, but I don’t appreciate the girl at the window or her attitude. Looks like she hates her life. Doesn’t say a single word. Pretty much throws the food at you though the window. Didn’t give me any napkins or a straw.
