My mom n I come thru there alot, every single time I'm distraught by the actions of a certain male employee. 1st cut me off while ordering, yelled at me cuz I told him I had free bag of chips, literally threw my bag out the window thankfully I caught it and he then slammed the door. Name of employee is in my receipt. I always write positive reviews but this has happened on numerous occasions.

Went to the drive thru. Horrible communication and very rude. Got to window and questioned order as it was $16 for one sub, shut the window and walked away. Got the order eventually after waiting and put no ice in the drinks. Still had to pay $16 for the meal and never answered why it was that much. Would not recommend eating here.

Went here today Nov. 3,2023 at 6:42 walked in with my wife all three employees looked at us like they were annoyed with us being there. Didn’t greet us or asked us what we would like just starred at us like we were dumb so we left.

Jimmy Johns on Tiffin Ave is the absolute worst. I ordered a little john and it took an hour to get. We attempted to order again and ordered at 11:30AM it is now 1:28pm and still do not have our food. When we call and tell them they just say its out for delivery. We called back at 1:30 and they said they didn't know where our food was. At 1:35 our food got dropped off and it was warm and the ice in the pop was completely melted. I dont usually complain but for us to all the person on the phone saying they didn't know where it was is unprofessional.

Consistently have delivery times 40+ minutes from this location. Most recent time was 50 minutes from "Out for Delivery" notification until I got my sandwich.
