It was just bad overall. The bowl barely had any chicken and the side of macaroni and cheese wasn’t even full, they gave me a half scoop. Very disappointing!

I ordered two fill up boxes I didn't get the right food and when I asked for the fries she said oh I gave you mac n cheese so I went and ordered fries and she had the nerve to say oh we have to drop more.then a minute later comes out with stale fries like really I had it its not worth the money anymore im going to Lee's from now on they will at least be nice enough and make it fresh.

I get great service at the Trenton Ave location. Butt sadly the service I get on Tiffin Ave always is poor!!! They run out of food constantly, Every time I go through the drive through I cringe. They constantly mess my order up. I’m not one to complain. But the straw that broke the camels back is when they gave me not one but two chicken sandwiches that you couldn’t bite into. They were both hard as a rock. The wrap for the chicken wrap was cold and nasty Their fries are too salty, I pass on the fries and I order a different side. But they always end up giving me fries that I won’t eat. The manager hangs up on you and is unprofessional, not to mention is rude. I drop 40 dollars every time I order food for my family. When you work 10- 12 hours a day you shouldn’t have to open everything up in the drive through window to make sure it’s right. If they can’t listen to what there being asked to do maybe it’s time for a different career. How hard is it to listen to what the customer wants:? Make the order correctly? And prepare the food so that it’s fresh before giving it to the customer? And the manager needs to learn to step up and take responsibility for her crews actions, as well as her own and learn how to talk to a customer more professionally!! Normally I am too tired to complain. But when you spend 40.00 on 4 meals and 4 pops. You should be getting what you ordered and treated better by the staff and management at KFC on Tiffin Ave in Findlay, Ohio!! Finally fed up with the inconsistency and poor service they have to offer. I will spend my money and take my bussiness to Lees Chicken, and eat at the KFC on Trenton Ave from time to time, and sadly KFC use to be my favorite place to eat.

4 PM order, Saturday December 9th.food was ready in just a few minutes, all seems good so far. At home we discovered no Gravy on our potatoes. Next we discovered only one biscuit, not two. Not that it made any difference, we were eating at home (but only one set of silverware). The chicken was not up to par, same with the cole slaw.Needless to say we won't be eating K.F.C. until things change.

They have good chicken and good deals on meals. They are way better than Lees here in town. Original recipe chicken was crispy enough and the potatoes were hot. Placed my drive thru order of an 8 piece mea at 348pm and was asked to pull off the side cause the chicken would take 13 mins to cook. I followed instructions and after 40 mins we walked inside to see what the issue was. THEY FORGOT OUR ORDER COMPLETELY!! We waited 40 mins….nobody came and checked on us, they kept giving out orders and would stare at us but nobody questioned what we were waiting on!! As an apology, they threw a nasty cake in the bag. I’m livid as we love kfc. Managers need to do better!! This happened on 10/29/23
Waited 15 mins in drive thru to then be told, “Sorry we closed stuff down so don’t have anything left.” This is 15 mins before close.Pam claimed to be manager and said it’s normal to close early. No. They are trying to avoid the after game rush every other place is currently serving.If you don’t want to do your job then QUIT! We now cannot make it anywhere before close. I sincerely hope corporate fires you.

And the employees they DO have don't seem like they give a care in the world about time and efficiency. Employees don't even apologize for long wait times. Very disappointed in this place...
