Came in on a Sunday, spent $78 on dinner for a family of four. Have been to many Paneras all over the country and know what to expect. Price isn’t an issue. But…Service here was hilariously, embarrassingly awful.Worse was the food — you could tell beyond a shadow of a doubt that they were running low on chicken and they cut apart barely thawed, icy chicken and hid it under the lettuce of all our salads.Plan on reporting this location to whoever the regional manager is. Place needs shut down and re-tooled.

The coffee is pre-made and tastes pretty stale compared to the way Panera used to prepare and maintain it. The atmosphere is sterile and unwelcoming compared to the "good old days" of Panera. The service is, as always, prompt and curteous.

13 bucks for a baguette that may or may not have had meat rubbed on it for flavor. You basically robbed me. I swore off eating this trash years ago, but thought maybe they had changed, and the line was too long at every other restaurant in town. Should have been a sign.

Didn’t get ANY basil on my sandwich, came back in to get a side of it. Look at how nasty this is. What happened to fresh ingredients?

The food is underwhelming in almost all dishes, except the bakery. I can’t get any of my family to eat the food. The comments from them are worse salads, bland taste, overpriced. We have tried many times and not once has the food been enjoyable.

I ordered the new sandwich. They hardly put any toppings in the sandwich. No tomatoes& very little cheese. I paid $13.00& basically got bread with pesto sauce. Thumbs down

The French Onion soup has approximately 5 pieces of shredded cheese, it's not even enough for one spoon full. The cheese is one of the main ingredients of this soup, it used to come out melted over the top. Now it's non existent and it's like this everytime i order this soup.

The service was terrible, not even greeted with a hello at the counter. Maybe this person was having a bad day, not sure. Coffee was out in 2 of the 4 dispensers and the atmosphere was less than stellar. Panera has really taken a downfall since their beginning as The St. Louis Bread Company.

Food was good but when picking up my order I watched employees bring a cat back to the kitchen. Glad they're following health safety standards!
