I only buy miss vickies chips from this place I do not know how people could eat from a dirty place like this! The black lady work there is lazy and rude. She seems doesn’t want to scan 4 chips!

Monster Sandwich was a disappointment. Only a thin layer of meat. The one that I ordered from Subway Hilliard Oh, the day before, was meaty & stuffed.Dining area, Beverage counter, Front counter are clean.Service staff, straight face, no smiles, but they were friendly to the grinch.

As of 9/28/23 my experience with the breakfast crew was great with smiling welcoming employees and smooth with friendly promt service. Store was clean and ingredient placement was great ? Ordered through the app with no issues.

Update: my cheese was on my sub and my husband sauce was put on the sub... so they didn't read the "special instructions"... good thing I'm not allergic to anything in the special instructions...Ordered online and asked for my cheese and sauce to be on the side...I didn't receive either thing nor did I get any napkins.So my price includes cheese and sauce and I got neither ?

When you get in line to order a sandwich and one of the two employees walks in and asks for a break it’s not a good sign. The lady that did continue to do her job was sweet, but soo slow. I just wanted a turkey bacon club which is pretty simple, but there was literally one slice of turkey on the foundation of the sandwich. Your inside of Walmart miss, walk down to isle 9 and get some turkey to put on my sandwich, definitely doesn’t come out of your paycheck. But thanks for the bread ?

Very rude and nasty person behind the counter! Was yelling at customers , wiping her nose on her gloves while making sandwiches! She was a very short lady but just nasty ! I’m also sending a complaint to the corporate office .
Today I placed an order online it said 6:05pm my order will be ready so I leave cause I live in mccomb not Findlay I get there right on time and it’s not even close to being done and just one employee working since 230pm by herself had just started my order fine 30 mins go by and she get to my 5th and final order a veggie pizza and she don’t know how to make it so after becoming a subway employee for the first time with no training I made my own pizza smh how can this be so sloppily ran I had to teach there employee how to make something and I’ve never worked in food ever. I want a refund cause most of my order was completely wrong and absolutely no sauce was giving on our subs and my pizza wasn’t even toasted cause I didn’t get trained on how to cook a personal pizza at subway

Absolutely rude. Didn't know when they close and got in line. Then "why would u come in here 8 minutes before we close." With the snarkiness attitude I've ever heard in years. Then proceeded to say "Where are you" and flay there arms at me when I decided to walk away because of there rudeness. I understand if your having a bad day but you don't have to take it out on someone else. Didn't have a name tag if it did I would talk to a manager.This happened as a wrote it. It's August 3rd. Was having a bad day as it was. This just made it worst.

Here is the older lady that everyone is writing these reviews about… how is it that this has been brought to their attention so many times and she still works there? I had the exact same experience as one of the other reviewers where I came no one was there and when she came out she was the one with the attitude! She said she didn’t have a name and didn’t care who I called. Maybe no one cares so I would just avoid this place.
