I ordered a box combo and couldn't remember if i had put sour cream on my food or took it off like i always do so i called and asked and they offered to remake my taco even tho it was my mistake. I didnt take it because thats my mistake not theres. However that was one of the kindest customer service i have received. Thank you.

Every time I get stuck coming to this Taco Bell for a doordash the Lobby is closed. You'd think they could move the drive-thru quicker if they had no dining guests but that's not the case either.

Service has been good every time I've gone thru the drive thru.Normally I go around lunch and it's pretty busy. I've never felt like I've waited in line absurdly long. Staff is friendly and gets my food to me in a timely and accurate manner.

Me and my family enjoy Taco Bell but tonight was very disappointed me and my family got the 5$ box and they got some of our tacos wrong I request no sour cream and no beans on my tacos but there was I got most of the sour cream off my frist Taco but the 2nd one I cold not eat it at all so I ate one of my Taco and the potato and cheese but I'm very disappointed if u ever get something form Taco Bell make sure u check your food before you leave

Shoutout to the employees working tonight. My girlfriend is pregnant (and really moody) and would have probably punched me in the throat if I got back home and something from the order was messed up. I was genuinely afraid. The guy at the window very kindly and patiently went through the entire order to ensure I wasn’t missing anything. God Bless you, young man.
