The products were of typical quality, but the line management was very poor. It was busy today (2024 eclipse!) but it was over 30 minutes to get through the line. All we wanted was a box of timbits, but they ignored the line at the donut register. We gave up waiting there and entered the ice cream line. Just as We got to the front of the line, the asst. manager stopped scooping ice cream and took a donut order from someone behind us. Not the end of the world if we were in and out in 2 minutes, but the late was LONG.

It was the worst coffee I ever had.May be oyher things are good as I never tried but the coffee was super bad.
Friendly happy staff that greeted us and made eye contact when we came in.I got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo with a large caramel latte. It was all delicious.My husband got a cold brew with a shot of espresso and a sausage egg McMuffin. He enjoyed his and said it was delicious.We will be back if we pass through again!We are OTR truck drivers and this was a refreshing experience!! I wish I had gotten the young ladies name. She need a pat on the back!

Clean location with coldstone sharing the space. Ice cream was good. The caramel iced coffee was not good. Just no flavor in it. Friendly staff though. So it was still a great experience.Parking: Plenty of parking in the strip mall.Kid-friendliness: It's a great stop for family. Adults can refuel with coffee while kids eat ice cream.

First time having coldstone. I know, what rock did I crawl out from under? Service was amazing. Ice cream was one of the best around, went on a Sunday evening so it was fairly busy, but really enjoyed our experience.Kid-friendliness: The staff were kind and friendly to my daughter.
