The food was mediocre at best paid 20$ for 3 tacos that are not big at all it seems the modern part of this restaurant is there plates and it's a mexican restaurant and im not kidding when I say barbies world was playing on the radio in the building embarrassing play a mariachi Playlist or something on YouTube. Other than that drinks are good they have a nice selection and there Asada was pretty good but dont get the chorizo was not good.

Had an amazing time at vivir. The food was fresh and full of flavor. Megan Morris did an awesome job and made the best margarita I have ever had. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend this to anyone looking for good Mexican food in a cool atmosphere.

Vivir Modern Mexican is a foodies heaven. The fried avocados, so crispy on the outside and creamy goodness on the inside. The tacos are fresh and pure perfection. Service with a smile and personality to go with it. Vivir offers good food, and Service in a hip little package.
Headed over to Vivir after hearing rave reviews and the food was disappointing at best!. We waited exactly 2 hours for our food which honestly would have been ok if the food was good. I expected the food to atleast be warm when it came out and it wasn't. There was barely any flavor to the food and for the price and the wait I might as well have gone to Rancho!The waitress was nice and asked us to give them another chance after giving us 25% off but it was too little too late for overpriced bad and cold food!
