I arrived at the restaurant and was immediately seated, although it was very busy. My waitress (Afton), was extremely polite, she insured that I always had something to drink and even offered me water. It seemed like she wouldn't have time for me, but was always there with a smile on her face.Afton is a true asset to Waffle House, and defines how people should be waited on when dinning out.Although the restaurant was busy, she found time to check in on me and even asked me if my food was satisfactory. I've been to this location several times in the past and, have had exemplary service.Thank you Afton for the superb service, the smile and the warm welcome.

I was very disappointed in the way that a line cook would treat a server by yelling at the young lady to “ get the hell out of my store “. I felt it was very disrespectful and unprofessional to handle yourself in that situation and such an unprofessional manner in front of other customers. Myself and my family decided to leave and go somewhere else. I would hope that a change is made. I felt so sorry for the young lady who was sent away that’s super embarrassing and she was only trying to do her job while it seemed they were under staffed and overwhelmed by all the customers.

Waffle House in Findlay has never disappointed. They’ve always been so friendly and make the experience enjoyable. I visited on Monday and our server was so pleasant and helpful. And the food was gobbled down so quickly! Definitely will be returning!

Third-shift Grillmaster Marcus is entertaining and all around jovial. Food is dished out quickly and and with consistent quality. On busy mornings the waitresses are on top of the game and always serve with a smile.Been going to this WaHo for a little over a year and have never had a bad experience. I recommend this location for both first-timers and frequent 24 hr breakfast enjoyers.
