This is a big complaint about the service received at this Subway. The food quality was on par with any other subway I've been too so I appreciate the consistency. The women behind the counter however were just mean and acted like they didn't want to be there, except Dez who was trying to go on her break and get her other coworkers to help. My boyfriend went through the line and got his sandwich no problem and went up to pay for his and mine while I was waiting for mine in the toaster. While trying to check out he explained that he was paying for my sub as well. The girls asked for clarification on what subs we ordered and after politely telling them, the girls turned to each other and mocked him, out-loud in front of him. You better believe it they did that to me, I would have made a scene. After my sub was taken out of the toaster, it sat on the counter for several minutes with 4 of the girls behind the counter just complaining and gossiping with each other. The guy behind me and myself just standing there trying to get someone to finish our sandwiches. While I was waiting on my sandwich, the guy trying to place his order stated he wanted Italian bread then changed his mind and said he wanted wheat/brown bread. The worker grab Italian bread and as the guy requested "brown" bread again the girl turned around and mocked the guy to another worker out-loud so everyone could hear. Whether it was a free standing brick and mortar or inside a gas station, I have never been to a subway with such unprofessional workers. When we stop at this pilot again for gas I will never get a subway sandwich from here again.

Everytime I stop at this spot, they're always out of something, the place is wrecked like there's no organization, definitely not like other subways. They got racks of bread behind them but tell you they don't have bread. Someone needs to get the management situated here.

Located inside Pilot truck stop. Store is modern and clean. Cooler was clean and all the food looked fresh. Staff was friendly. Service was quick. My Oulaw Wrap was cold unfortunately, but my gf Tuna Wrap was excellent! Recommend

Subway located inside Pilot truck stop. As of this writing this location looks brand new. Very clean. Cooler looked clean and food appears fresh. Friendly staff. Quick service. My Outlaw Wrap was cold , but my wife's Tuna Wrap was excellent.

Worst subway in America. I used to go to this subway regularly. The people at the front counter take 20 minutes to make one sandwich. I’m on the side of the laborer and most people really want to work but these people at this subway do not. Bad attitudes, bad customer service, and limited discipline from staff. Swearing in front of customers, they almost gave away my sandwich twice to the customer in front of me and I told them it’s mine and they put it in the other customers bag anyway. The staff at this subway do not pay attention. I get it that it’s just a job but none of those people at this subway remotely care at all. It’s bad enough that we have to pay 10 dollars for a sandwich.
