The food and service has always been decent !! I will mention Everytime I go into pay, it'd not re than expected Everytime. I also like to tip, as I work in the food service industry also. I found out this morning they charge all carryout orders 20%. It would be nice to know the before arrival or communicated that they add a 20% charge. I've been tipping well, on top of their 20% charge. Not knowing. So kudos to the server for letting me in on that info today :)
Can't remember ever being dissatisfied at any Waffle House. Food & service is exceptional. But, today, just about the time I started eating, they put the music on. So load, I felt like I was in a club. I gobbled down my food & left. Had a headache by that time. Probably won't go back into this Waffle House.
