I think they should wear food grade gloves when handling food like lettuce and all the toppings when making a salad.

What a disappointment! After going to Billy's for as long as I can remember, I was completely let down by the new owners. After waiting for an hour, we watched our food get delivered to another table (and the honest patrons ate it). Never once were we informed by our waitress of the mixup and delay. We finally had to get up and leave...We unfortunately will never patronize this iconic establishment again. The place was packed so I'm sure they won't miss us but we will surely miss the memories of the best breakfast in Fremont.

This place is a hidden gem. The food was amazing and huge portions. The waitress was very kind and attentive, yet it was like she knew we were catching up and came at all the right times.I had a bunless burger, with home fries...and it came on 3 plates! The burger was gynormous...and had great flavor. The homefries were freshly made and almost had a buttery flavor. My friend had an omlette that was packed with huge chunks of meat and cheese. We just happened upon this after church but we will be road tripping it from Toledo again soon. The only thing was the restrooms were upstairs. They were very clean and roomy inside with a changing station for babies.Dietary restrictions: I eat gluten free and she suggested homefries knstead of french fries. They also can serve lettuce instead of a bun.Parking: There was plenty of street parking

I have gone to Billy's for years. Always, regardless of how busy they were the service was friendly and you could eat and get on with your day in an hour or less. I stopped in before Christmas and could not be more disappointed. After waiting an hour and a half for my food, I had to tell them to cancel my order because I was going to be late for Christmas lunch with my family in Toledo. The cook was furious that I would not take the order to go (saying he had just placed my order on the grill) and wouldn't understand that it would sit in a car for several hours and be wasted. He then yelled from the grill to the register "Merry F--ing Christmas" and stormed into the back. This used to be my favorite breakfast spot and I would stop in whenever I was in town. I will not be stopping there ever again. Save yourself the trouble and head to the east side and go to Whitey's instead.
The staff was friendly and the food was so good and fresh.you get a lot of food for a good price ?. It's little wait and the crowd is not that mixed so the take out is just as great.its so worth it.
