When going in to fill out the forms to be hired the company should use their own computer to bring up those forms. There is no reason a manager should yell at someone because they can’t bring it up on their phone. Being rude to a person before even have done the paperwork is no way for a manager to act. This should have been done in private and not yell at a future employee in front of employees and customers. Do you wonder why this place is always looking for help and their service has a bad reputation. Lost my business! Using the excuse they don’t get paid enough for this is not an excuse. They knew what the pay was before they took the job. Need new management

When I go in the mornings my coffee is just how I ordered it but when I go in the afternoon it tastes awful. The afternoon crew never pays attention on how much cream they put in the coffee. This has happened a couple of times now to both me and my husband's drink. My large cold brew tastes like cream with a hint of coffee when I only ask for 1 cream.

I will pass through a couple times a week. On my way to work in Sandusky and I never have a problem unless the young black girl is at the window. I don’t know her name but every single time she is at that window I get a completely wrong Or shorted order. Normally, if it’s really busy, I don’t care, but I’ve been showing up when no one is there in the order is still wrong.

In the last 2 weeks their coffee has gotten terrible. Something has changed.
