Ordered mozzarella sticks with my pizza order to be delivered. They didn't look cooked, no color and barely warm. Cheese not melted at all. Talked to a manager and there was NO Apology, She said they're baked at certain time according to corporate and they can't tell if they're done. I said " so it's not your fault?" Apparently not. I've been a loyal customer for years and they've just lost my business.

After much thought I have decided I must share our experience with our first and last pizza order with this store. In short we ordered two pizzas one was ok it was a thin crust and the other was not edible which was a pan crust. It was so doughy you could not eat it. Call the store to speak with the store manager and ended up speaking with who identified herself as the store owner. I was completely shocked that a business owner would speak with a dissatisfied customer in the manor she spoke with me. Stated she found it hard it believe, which I took it that she was implying that I was lying, agreed to replace the pizza. Well after more thought I desided I would rather share our experience and let her keep her pizza.

Ordered my food and had the wrong order delivered, called and told them and they said they would send out the correct order...never received the food and when I called back the driver lied and said he delivered it.
