Horrible got my pizza wrong twice then the manager basically told me it wasn't his problem and they refused to fix it. Not sure what happened to this store but it has only gone downhill in 2024 HORRIBLE!!

Check your order before leaving the store. 2nd time the order (checked my receipt to make sure it wasn't me) came with wings when my kids wanted chunks. First was a month ago, so I figured they got their issues fixed by now. Nope. He said they'd send us replacement. I picked up because it was late already. Not waiting an hour for them to fix it. They need to do a better job of training, otherwise at least quality control.

Ordered a deluxe large pizza ?. Carry out.. got home.. it was absolutely the worst deluxe pizza I've had.. if I've ate one deluxe I've eaten 500.. no kidding.. was the worst.. no flavor.. thick doughy crusty..yuk... kinda polite.. that's all that was good.. paid $18.99..

Went downhill. 1st I get an email for 2 LG 2 topping pizzas, login for deal, and there is no such deal. Then I order a sub no tomatoes, onions instead, and they try to upcharge me .50 cents. I also had an email for 25% with a promo code that didn't work. Before that I ordered 3 subs, $10 ea. and they only had meat on them. No condiments, no vegetables, just bread & meat, and when I called to tell them, I had to wait for 3 different subs to be made, then DRIVE BACK TO PICK THEM UP PER MANAGER, WITH ATTITUDE! Never again.

I ordered two pizzas today and they were horrible….I couldn’t even finish a pieces of it…the cheese had a funky taste to it. Complete waste of money…the one good thing I will say is the young man who waited on me was very nice.

Took over an hour to get food when app said 30 minutes. When it did show up is was cold. I called at one point and they said it was ready they were just waiting on a driver. It was 20-30 minutes later our food arrived. No apologies they don’t seem to care. I love Marcos but not the one in Fremont.

Super good pizza and seems to be consistent....coupon codes won't work online sometimes but employees fix it! Thank you for the good customer service, something has changed since a year ago imo...love it!
