Waited 20 minutes after paying to get our food. Filet-o-fish had two top buns. Ordered two quarter pounder with cheese meals and we have no clue what the sandwiches were. They were served in a quarter pounder with cheese box. We were traveling so we couldn't return due to wasting to much time already. I would most definitely not recommend this location.

First off, the Service was very Good... An older Guy with a beard was great ? and Honest too ! I had mistakingly given him $40.00 when I meant to give him only $20.00,..he said that the other 20 was kinda stuck . He gave me the other 20 back.....not many employees would do that now days. But.... I must say, my fries were cold and both of our fish sandwiches were only warm...

Got 2 20 piece nuggets and a large Fry. And like always the chicken nuggets are always cold cause they leave them under a heat lamp. And the fries were over salted and cold also. And the sad part is I had to pull up and wait 10 mins for my food. This restaurant is very poorly managed.

this place is such a joke. went to got there this morning as the hours online AND in their app stated they opened at 5 am and I wanted some coffee on my way to work. Jokes on me I guess because when I get there they don't open til 8. not only that but the food at this one 9/10 is not good and they make it wrong. wonder why alot of people tend to go to the one on state street.

Went there and ordered food. One day. They messed up my order, but I didn’t realize it until I got home so I called them to see what we could do to fix it. They told me the only thing they could do was I would have to drive all the way back there to get my food remade or a refund after I started explaining to them how this was unacceptable and this situation shouldn’t have even happened in the first place they hung up on me. So I ended up waiting in the lobby for another 20 minutes for them to sloppily make my food and the entire time giving me attitude as well and I was getting crazy mean looks from all of the workers. I finally left. I went home and had my not great food. Did I mention they LAUGHED at me on the phone?
The food was nasty. I had a sausage biscuit that was horrible. It seemed like it had been sitting there for hours, getting dry and hard under the heat lamp. It's definitely not a good time, and I am not loving it.
