Had the worst experience with an employee. We walked in wanted to order a few subs. He looked at us and walked away and said he was too busy to take care of us right now. We stood there and waited. As he went to the back and started doing something made us wait for 20 minutes. Finally, we left and a few other customers left also. Very nasty attitude and very rude to customers I don't recommend this subway at all !!!

Staff was so friendly and EFFICIENT!!! We showed up with several people as a part of 2 full busloads. They got everyone through so quickly and with a smile. They were thrilled to have our business. It was refreshing to have them be so cherry and ready to get us helped.

Came here due to state st being closed. Asked him for my blt to be toasted and was told the bacon is already precooked. He microwaved it.... came out soggy and disgusting, and the lettuce was so brown.... will not ever come here. It's worth it to drive to
