We were just passing through Fremont and randomly picked this restaurant from a Google search. We are so glad that we did! Great food and great service! We will most definitely be back real soon.

I visit The Garrison about once a week and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent, especially the daily soup special. Kendra, as well as Sarah, are very attentive and provide wonderful service every time I visit. Plus, you can't beat their Happy Hour.
This was our first time here. We had a group of 6 people. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. After ordering it took over an hour and a half to get food. Everyone’s food came out at different times and appetizers came out after dinners. Burgers came out under cooked and still red/raw throughout the core. We definitely won’t go back.

Meh. Went yesterday for a Tuesday evening dinner with my wife. Waited over 15 minutes after being seated for anyone to acknowledge us. Waitress disengaged and treated us as if we were a burden to have to wait on us.Wife got salmon salad. Was good. Salad decent portion, salmon portion small.I got black and bleu burger. I asked for it to be cooked medium. Fries were cold and rubbery. When I bit into it, the burger was cold and red in the middle. It was so bloody, the bottom bun was saturated red with it. I am always hesitant to send food back unless the restaurant is too notch. I ate around the edges where it was cooked and left most of it. The waitress didn't even inquire about not eating it. Should have taken a pic to show how bloody it was. I gave one star for each category, but gave overall two stars - just because there are such limited options in Fremont. Typical of Kern owned facility, make the building nice, charge high prices, but offer sub par food and service. It is a Recipe for success in this small town with limited options and competition.

Some of the entrees members of my party ordered looked pretty good. I ordered the pork schnitzel. It was not (it was also completely forgotten). The server insisted on charging us full price for the items we ordered from the happy hour menu, which should have been half price as they were ordered 15 minutes before the end of happy hour. Will not be returning, as was the consensus of my party. Bummed - I had high hopes for this place.

Had a reservation and requested accessible seating as we had someone in a wheelchair. Arrive at 5:50 and the manager I’m assuming informed me there was no seating available on the first floor. After letting him know I had someone that was in a wheelchair, he was very rude. Waited until 6:20 to get sat. Also was interrupted in the middle of our meal to pitch a promotion. Won’t be back again due to the rude manager.
