If you are looking for a slice of local life, stop by Van Ness's Time Out. Great food... I have yet to be disappointed in any thing I have ordered (the walleye and perch is always good). Friendly faces and down to earth folks. It has a lot of sports memories as Fremont has produced many professional athletes and college heroes.

What a hidden gem!?The outside is completely unimpressive, and looks more like an insurance company than a restaurant. However, that only adds to the charm of this traditional sports bar. The interior is very cool, with a vintage sports vibe. The menu was streamlined and prices are very fair. I asked the waitress for her favs and she gave me great feedback. The burger was great! The service was great! Plenty of parking. I will be back for sure!

WOW!! First time trying this place out and we were blown away! Hands down one of the best burgers we have ever had! Not a pickle fan at all but they were super good. Can't wait to try more on the menu and their specials!

Small time pub with delicious food!! Their Taco Grilled Cheese was excellent!! The waitress and the cook were courteous and attentive. Bought one to go for my wife (she will be lucky if she gets it jk)
Time Out is using consistently fresh and hyper local ingredients to push out incredible dishes daily. The Dry Rub and/or hot garlic parm sauces for wings are the best in the area. There’s always incredible craft beers on tap, as well as in the fridge. Lastly, the creativity expressed in the weekly specials give you more reason to keep coming back.

Stopped here after reading a few previous reviews. Turns off it was a great choice. Had some good tab beers. A Florida lager and a brown beer which was tasty. Had there bologna sandwich and strawberry salad. Both where excellent! The service was great as well. Great place to stop in if you’re in the area

We are from Dayton traveling to Kalahari, we always try to stop at local places when traveling. Excellent find!! Da Bomb (bacon wrapped, deep fried) hotdog and Western Burger were incredible!! Definitely recommend stopping here. We be back again!!!!
