I have placed online orders from here for now the 3rd time and again they do not give me all of my order and what i paid for, call and they cant find the order!I will never order or eat from here again. TERRIIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS. I called they said i would get a Refund but they lied. Horrible business

There were 10-11of us there Weds with most in their late 80's. Our server, Josh, was the best I've ever had. He was so patient & attentative to them even while having several other tables. Can't say enough good things about him. I was very impressed.

Please do not go here if you have a seafood allergy! I was told due to my allergy I couldn’t have anything from the grill or the fryer due to them using the same grill and fryer for all of their food! I asked for the manager and she would not come to the table. Our poor server kept apologizing and she was lovely. We never got to talk to the manager and I called corporate and they were confused as to why a different grill or dryer could be used as each location has multiple. I just wanted to warn everyone that they are not allergy conscious at all!

I always love the food here but we waited to be seated and no one even came up to us for 15 minutes. Staff was just talking and folding silverware. Finally someone came up and asked how many our party had and said he was going to check the wait and 10 minutes passed and he never came back. He was pouring coffee and talking. We just walked out.

This was the worst experience I have had. We were there for an hour and a half and only got drinks!!! The manager cleaned our table sat us and got us our drinks because our server was nowhere to be found!!! She then came up slouched over our booth and took the order... She went and messed around with some things around the back and asked if we wanted refills, we said yes and she never brand us them but helped EVERY table around us so finally I stopped the manager and said we wanted to cancel the order and we left the restaurant. This is my childhood Bob Evans and its sad to see it go down hill so bad...

Order a family size Cobb salad for takeout when I got the salad the salad only had one 4 oz chicken breast on it to feed four people and that is absolutely ridiculous for a family size salad. You get one 4 oz chicken breast on your salad when you order a salad for one person at Bob Evans. I wish I could post a picture of the sad salad but for some reason Google is not allowing me to post a picture do not order family size salads from Bob Evans you'll be ripped off
