Absolutely pitiful and there’s no excuse, the staff are just BEYOND lazy. I asked for my nuggets to be fresh and well done, and I’m given the coldest mushiest nuggets. I didn’t even ask for my onion rings to be made fresh but they had no problem doing that, they just pulled them up out the oil excessively early because they were so limp and disgusting. And I know for a fact the onion rings only fry for ONE MINUTE and some change so how much longer would they have had to sit for them to be correct or at minimum even edible? Y’all are making people’s food some things you really cannot take shortcuts!! Then again they clearly don’t care if you get food poisoning.

My whopper was not very good on this visit. My fries were old, dark and hard and my sprite was 100% water. Machine must have been out of the pop syrup. I was all the way home when I realized what they gave me. Wasn't worth driving 20 mins back there. Food here is usually fine, it just wasn't on this visit.

Concur with some of the other reviews that this is one of the nicest BK facilities that I have seen, and the staff were super friendly and efficient.But the burgers were lacking. The place was a little stingy on toppings and condiments, and the toppings were got didn’t really look awesome.Unless you got a great coupon, recommend skipping this one and probably hitting the Wendy’s around the corner.

If I could give this place a zero star I sure would. There staff is extremely rude and weird. They also profile depending on whom there dealing with. So expect to be treating right when you’re white but if you’re a different ethnicity or background make sure pick your battle with them because they are some different type of ppl working in this location
First let me say, this is one of the nicest Burger King’s I’ve been in. The interior was well designed and very clean. The bathrooms had a humous logo. It looked like the stick people had to pee really bad lol.The food: the French fries came out piping hot! And super crunchy. I myself enjoyed them as is. I have a high heat tolerance so this is a plus for me. The whoppers were a little flat but this didn’t take away from the flavor. Just the appearance. Whoever wrapped our food did a great job. Never seen such a clean fold in fast food. I take that as someone who has pride in what they are doing here.Everything was fresh that we ordered and we would most definitely come back again to dine in.

I can clearly see why this location has 1.5 stars. Although the lady working the front counter was friendly enough I can't say the same for the other staff members or manager on duty. Our group of special needs gentleman came in this afternoon to eat and enjoy each other's friendship. As our group got loud, my self and staff (as always) asked them to remember to use their inside voices. Apparently that wasn't enough because a staff came out to tell our friends to keep it down. I didn't realize that laughing and joking would interrupt them. There were other people in the lobby as well that did not seem bothered in the slightest bit. Also they were out of toilet paper and I had to ask 3 people before we got any. Next time we will make sure to take our business and money elsewhere.
