My first job was a DQ member for 6 years. I can tell they care about speed of service, but the quality is a bit lacking - Blizzards with ice cream mess all down the side is not how they should be served.Parking: It's a very tight parking lot and drive thru easily backs up into the street.
I've been visiting this DQ for decades (~2 decades lol). The area around it has changed a lot but this establishment remains the same. The entire decor has seemingly never changed and I don't mind. The seating area is clean and the stained glass chandelier is awesome. The drive thru is a little wonky and it's on a busy road but be patient and enjoy your ice cream! ?

I was planning on ordering a small blizzard with my meal, so I asked if I could do a blizzard as the drink with a combo. I was told yes, but with a slight upcharge, but my receipt said I paid full price for the combo and a medium blizzard separately, not a combo with an upcharge. I wouldn’t have ordered a medium if I’d been told I couldn’t use the blizzard as the drink. My sister’s chili cheese dog came without cheese.
