They were out of green tea so couldn’t make specialty drinks. Not sure if it was because they closed in an hour or what? Worker came up to us at 5:20 and said they were getting ready to close and asked us to leave even though they still had 40 minutes before close. We were about done and was planning on leaving in about 5 minutes but employee still asked to leave none the less. There was no reason as we were quiet as I was finishing an email on my phone quietly and my son was playing game on his phone.

The staff who work here are PHENOMENAL! They know their customers and work hard. This is my favorite Dunkin because they always serve the food how it’s supposed to but the staff here know who you are, your order and work very hard for a good customer service! I appreciate them very much!

Seriously the rudest man at the drive thru! Legit got my order wrong, then put his hand in the bag, and tried to give me the same bag! Always so rude and rushing me when I order. Legit the nastiest service I’ve ever received from an establishment! Save ur money and go to the Dunkin up the street!!

This Dunkin consistently fails my families expectations. Although the food and drink are above average, the service is seldom provided with a smile. Also, the inside tables are seldom clean. At our recent visit, we asked twice for a cloth to clean the tabletops where we were sitting and were ignored. This was my last visit to this business.

I have spent a lot of money at this location. I loved their coffee and the food was always fresh. The one time I ask them to remake an ice coffee because it tasted terrible I get a rude response and the drink still wasn't made correctly after. I wont be coming back unfortunately.

Worst service ever! So I wanted a large iced coffe and the liquid sugar on side so I can make it sweet, how I want.. I don’t like the fake sugar he kept trying to make me use or regular sugar.. which anyone with a right mind know regular granulated sugar is so hard to break down in a cold drink!! That’s why they have liquid sugar for the iced coffee!! I used to run Dunkin’ Donuts in Cincinnati.. and this is just crazy.. why am I not allowed to have sugar on the side?

Came today for donuts after Moes next door. Donuts were good and fresh. Man on the front counter is just the most unfriendly person we have encountered in a long time. We said hi to him and he stared at us without speaking. When we left we said thanks and goodbye. Dead silence… if you don’t like your job get another .

Orders come out incorrect. Awful service. Male employee is rude as hell. This has happened many of times. Asking for no sugar in my hot coffee - it's coming out with sugar in it! I hope management decides to give him the boot. He has no mannerisms. I will be avoiding this place until they serve quality products and have better help.

Aside from the convenience, I genuinely don’t know why I keep coming to this location. The man running the drive-through has zero customer service abilities. He’s rude, doesn’t say hello, nor thank you when handed form of payment. It’s like that every single time I’ve ever come to this place. Not to mention it’s horribly overpriced—$4.99 for a bagel with cream cheese? Ridiculous.

The service was terrible and they didn't understand what a coupon code was and didn't let me use the dunking donuts app. They are all Indian and don't understand English.
