Gosh, what a great truck to host in our neighborhood! We tried the quesadilla, cuban sandwich, gorilla bowls (one with cajun fish and other with shredded pork), chips and queso, and the fried plantains with their incredible dipping sauce. Everyone loved every bite. The plantains were really creative, nice crunch, good touch of sweetness, and sauce made with charred veggies was delicious! The pork was very lean and very tasty. Caught this truck at Third Way Cafe. Those gorilla fries, oh my!! A bit pricey but you get what you pay for, that's for sure. they weren't just doctored up to be good. They used a very good high-end crispy fry as the base, so good! I also tried a jerk chicken taco and carne asada steak taco. Very tasty looking forward to trying more of their menu in the future!
