We door dash Firehouse several times a month with no issue, quite impressive. However today was the most disappointing and disgusting food ever. The staff absolutely did not have concern with the quality of the food today. We ordered around noon giant steak and giant meatball. The steak was so sloppy and soggy the bread was falling apart; I had to trash it, it was disgusting. The meatball sub was cold, the cheese seemed like it'd been sitting, maybe re heated idk. We have never had this experience from Firehouse and order all the time, the higher prices were worth it. Now, i'm afraid to order from there. New staff? what happened Firehouse?

So, this place was deceptively delicious. I had never eaten here, and walked into specials based on my name. The food ordered was delicious and fresh. Definitely recommend.

Gets one star for the simple fact that one of the employees literally gags up something and spits it into the trash can, then says that was gross. Another employee says you have nothing to worry about I'll be the one making your food. Looking back, I should of just walked out. Glad I didn't, or I wouldn't of got to write an honest review.

I decided to give this place a try today for lunch I wanted a sub, and it definitely did not disappoint. When I walked in the staff greeted me and was very pleaseat. They were pretty fast making two subs and I did not have to wait long after placing my order. The sub was very tasteful and a nice size portion and I feel the price was ver reasonable. I will definitely be back soon to explore the menu.

When in last night. Called ahead to say I will be picking up multiple orders for different people (because I knew some places don’t allow that) the lady I spoke with was really nice and patient over the phone. She recently offered to put them all in the same bag for be ahead of

Just saw the manager walk in the front door on his cell phone with gloves on i waited to see if he would change them after doing multiple tasks wearing the same gloves. To my surprise he cupped the meat in his paws with the same gloves he used to carry his filthy cell phone. I don't understand people's thinking. Gross !!!!!

A couple weeks ago we had a food "emergency" at work and we needed lunch for several people at the last minute. I called two Firehouse locations. The first said they couldn't do it and the second didn't answer their phone. Hoping third time was a charm, I called this location and spoke with Dustin. He didn't hesitate to tell me he could have two sandwich platters ready at noon. Sure enough, I showed up at noon and he had two platters ready and waiting in the cooler. The subs were great but what impressed me was the service and how Dustin and his crew stepped up for us. This isn't the closest location to my work but it will be my go to from now on. Thank you to Dustin and his crew for bailing us out that day!
