We ordered takeout and got a large quesadilla and 3 el pastor tacos. Both were surprising underwhelming. Hopefully it was just a bad night for them. But the el pastor was very dry and flavorless. The quesadilla didn’t have much cheese, came with a very small amount of sour cream and wasn’t crisped up on the tortilla. Their prices are still fair and service was good. But the food isn’t how we remember it.

Los guachos has great and authentic Mexican food. The Al Pastor tacos are fantastic and they're buy one get one on Mondays. If I'm ever near a Los guachos on a Monday there's no doubt I will drop in.

Food was good for a quick dinner, about a 6-7 out of 10. Service was fast, but the girl taking our order could have at least smiled and been more "Welcoming and happy to see customers". The place looked ok but a little dated.

I got a torta this afternoon and the lettuce was brown ans sour. I called back to the store just to let them know about the issue and they just made seem like all was good. Not happy at all.

Very rude staff argued with me about a quesadilla tonight . I ordered a quesadilla and didn’t receive it and came back from a 20 min drive of inconvenience and the guy remembered me and argued with me because he said I had to pay full price when I had the receipt and was charged $5 for a quesadilla when I guess you have to say grande if you want a regular quesadilla he tried to charge me another $12 after I paid $5 for something I didn’t even receive. Terrible staff and customer service we come here all the time take care of your customers
