Used to be a decent McDonalds, but not anymore. Service is terrible, everything always takes so long at this location. The employees are ALWAYS unprofessional, rude, loud, and obnoxious. Always shouting, swearing and playing around. They don't know how to prepare the food and drinks properly and they don't CARE. Even the managers are rude. This place has gone downhill SO MUCH in the past year. NEVER going back. What a shame.

So, I was over there today in the morning. The girl that took my order was unfocused when taking my order. After 15 minutes I took another order and then, the girls in the back they were in their phones and I waited 7 minutes waiting for them to take my order, while they were on the phone behind when they are supposed to be working. There was a very kind man who took my order when it was the girls' responsibility.

I just left McDonald’s on Hamilton Road in Gahanna, and at the speaker I asked for extra tartar on my two filets sandwiches but they forgot to add it on the receipt. I get to the window and advised they had forgotten it, the server at the window was Very Polite, but the manager is obviously being funny and kept shouting out $.30 cent if she wants it!! (Never showing his face, mind you).Unbelievable! No professionalism at all! Even the server at the window thought he was obnoxious, and he was willing to put a $1 in on my order to cover his obnoxious behavior. But I wouldn’t let him, I told him to not worry about it!All the whole time that he was being rude and shouting $.30 cents, he didn’t even realize that he had put an almost $3.00 fry (that I never asked for) in my bag!Exactly what he gets!!! Now eat that cost up, arguing about thirty cents for some darn tartar sauce!I was just there the day before and asked for extra tartar and received it without an extra cost.

Our order was wrong and he tried to blame us and say we said it wrong over the speaker and that we needed to keep our opinions to ourselves about it when we complained . This location is a joke who ever owns this location is ruining there business by not having good management in place to baby sit the kids working here ! Owners / management take note

I live near this McDonald's, and it used to be great. However, in the last year, it has gone from great to not so good. The last time I ordered, I used their app to place a rather large order. I have a bunch of grandkids. The food we received was cold and incomplete. It was missing items, so I went back to get them. When I went back ,I went inside, and the staff was playing around and throwing frys at each other. I told the person who finely came to help me, that I was missing items, and they called the manager up and she told me that she bagged the order personally. She was very rude and argumentative. I had to explain that I ordered with the app and didn't get the items. After speaking with her, I was getting upset with the whole thing. She finally got the items that they didn't put in the order and almost threw the bag at me. I am going to contact the stores regional manager or the corporate office about this because it's been happening to many times in the last year or so.

I couldn't pay at the kiosk but the staff was more than ready to help me out at the register. I can't can't overemphasize how cool everybody was. And with the shamrock McFlurries already available they told me this would be a life-changing experience. They were right. I can't even take points for the kiosk not completing the transaction because getting to interact with the staff is what made everything

They are so rude, they always mess up but are always rude about it. The one day they added a extra fry we didn’t ask for which was fine but we were trying to correct it, the manager came and said that he wasn’t going to give us a refund with a rude attitude and smirk, but he ended up giving us a refund when he realized they were in the wrong.. never going back
