I'm a delivery driver. The woman working the oven was very rude. She said it would take 5-10 mins but it took 20+. She also was rude to the lady working the register. I won't be back as a customer or delivery driver. Please give the woman at the register a raise though. She was very sweet.

Well, the prices are absurd. 17 bucks total reg Ruben small Fries and a drink. 17 bucks.The sandwich was average, nothing to write home about. The fries were fine, nothing to write home about. The atmosphere seemed a bit off right away. They were doing some sort of inspection guy with a clipboard stop watch and Penn Station jacket. Which had them on their toes, but it didn't feel genuine.We work around the corner, and I have not been to this location. The last time I visited PS was the east broad street location, and I had not been back because the prices then were extremely high. This was years ago. The food for the value just is not there, and it's still not there.My buddy got 2 subs and a 5 it was only 5 bucks more than my order to include a drink and fries. That is wild to me..They did have some free chocolate chunk cookies set out, but I bet that had more to do with the inspection. They were free tasty.I will probably not make a habit of getting racked for 17 bucks for average lunch.

Penn Station has great subs and fries. Restaurant was tidy and stocked and employees were pleasant and friendly.
Tasty sandwiches. The large fry enough for 4 people. Wasn't a big of there cheese bread.

Food tasted cheap and was way over priced for what you get, thought I’d enjoy $19 worth of a sandwich and fries. No music playing. Fries were bland, asked for ranch and it tasted like that cheap thick carnival ranch in the large containers. Made me wonder about where else they were cutting costs. There’s literally a tried and true sandwich spot right next door, and I’m upset that I took a chance.

This Penn Station redeemed Penn Station for us.At this location, the food is always fresh, never had an issue with an order, and the staff is always friendly. Kudos to the management here - highly recommend.

I would have given 5 stars but a guy who works there is rude and confrontational towards customers when they ask for ketchup and continued making comment's as we ate there, very unprofessional and uncalled for, the woman was pleasant and apologized for his behaviorParking: They have handicap parking but didn't see a ramp at the curb
