Hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. I had to stop by Gahanna as our vet is here. The Taco Bell where I live is the absolute worst, and it’s deterred me from ever eating here in general. To my pleasant surprise, I stopped here to give it another chance. The service was excellent, people were kind, and my food was actually HOT and made correctly. If you’ve been burned like I have, just come to the Gahanna TB.

At 9:53am I was able to order off the normal menu.I went dreading settling for something off the breakfast menu but instead I got to have choices like tacos, burritos, pizza....for breakfast!There are few better ways to start a day than having an always glorious crunchy taco supreme!

Went through the drive thru, the girl who took my order was friendly and upbeat. We ordered a decent amount of food and I started to drive off after we got it. Thankfully I listened to my friend and checked our bag bc they had forgot 2 things. So I pulled around to park. Their entrance is a little annoying, you have to walk around this metal thing instead of just walking straight to the door. Running inside wasn’t a big deal, I didn’t have anywhere to be, just a little annoying. I had to wait a few mins but they gave me the missing food. I wasn’t a fan of the way I’m guessing he was the manager- some bigger guy older then the drive thru girl spoke to her, i personally think he could have been kinder and less stern. I have no idea what he what led up to it but it kind of bothered me. It’s Taco Bell, it really couldn’t have been that serious. I realize it’s sort of irrelevant, but there are some people who are really sensitive to things like that.

I love Taco Bell!! And I particularly love our Taco Bell in Gahanna. I do wish they would clean the tables more often, but otherwise great place. Never a bad experience.
Im sort of a regular here cause its the closest taco bell to me. The food is pretty good on the off chance they actually get your order correct. At least a third of all of my orders are made wrong. I have experience working in kitchens and fast food places. They read off of screens. Its not that hard. Im a die hard taco bell fan but this place is changing that. That being said the staff are usually friendly, except the high schooler talking about thick womens' behinds today.

When in Rome, they say to do as the Romans do so since I was in Gahanna Ohio I thought I should drop into this Taco Bell.Now this must be a trendsetter with Taco Bell because it’s got a different layout. It’s more modern cleaner, crisp, or efficient.No, this being one of their newer remodel facilities, they did incorporate the self-serve kiosk, which I hate, but the counter staff was more than willing to let me order at the counter, unlike most McDonald’s nowadays .Got to say, I tried one of their taco pizzas which looked delicious in the picture, but it’s a C at best .All in all I highly recommend this place the staff was very cool it’s very clean. It’s everything you come to expect in the big bucks Taco Bell.
