They always get my order wrong and every single time I ask for extra brownies nicely they give me less and less ima throw this ice cream at em next time they give me barely any brownies when I ask for extra (the guy who handed me the ice cream was nice tho but whoever made it pisses me off)

I absolutely love soft serve. I have to admit, I find their prices a little expensive, but they are comparable to other ice cream shops in the area. The location is right off the side of the road, but has a cute little outdoor seating area and is dog friendly. During the summer, my dog and I would go hear to enjoy the sun and a yummy treat. The staff are always friendly and loved seeing my dog. He would sometimes get a free treat! A way to get a cheaper whitser is to order the flavor of the weak or day! The scoops are cheaper than if you make or order your own. I highly recommend this place. Also, I keep tabs on the best things I've tried throughout Columbus so far and their german chocolate flavor made the week. If they have this flavor you must try it if you enjoy chocolate, coconut and caramel together. IT'S ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

We ordered a large Whitser to share. We spent $7 for a 3/4 full cup of vanilla custard with less than 3 total Reese’s cups in it. Not a great value for the money.

My personal experience with this place is a joke. I'm from this town, grew up here. But I've never taken a liking to custard. Nonetheless, my daughter got her first job here about two months ago. She was so excited and proud. She was getting there early, volunteering to stay late to help finish up. She picked up shifts when she could, she was excited to have this responsibility. Unfortunately she made a last minute ( 10 day) decision to go to homecoming. She saved enough money to buy the things needed and was so excited to go. Her availability when hired was open on Saturday. But when she spoke with the supervisors about needing the time off, she was not dealt with kindly. And as a mom of three teen girls, I did not appreciate or approve of the way my child was handled. They fired her via text for a no show that hadn't even occurred. And the owner Chip is rude and disrespectful. As you can see from his replies to other patrons. I don't want my child working for this man. And the young people running the store are just as nasty. This is the type of environment that is being fostered and it's toxic. And to face the facts, the custard is terrible anyway.
