I ordered an everything pizza and a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. The everything pizza was good, but they put parmasain cheese on my pepperoni pizza. They've never done that before and I didn't ask for it. I hate parmasain. I paid 36 for dinner and couldn't get 2 slices down.

I've gone to the Galion Location 3x: 2 walk in and 1 online order. I didn't receive my order all 3 times...1) Walk In _ no pizza ready. NONE. No bread, no pizza, nothing... quoted 45 min wait and I left for 6 months.2) Walk In _ wanted to place an order of 1 cheese bread. The young woman at the counter informed me they don't offer cheese bread at that location... Dispite the fact its on the menu boards and Ive seen ppl walk out with it in my first upsetting visit.I interrupted her vape outside in the front of the building to only 5min and I'm sure it had nothing to do with her just wanting to go back outside and vape on her phone again.3) Online order of new cheese Puffs. I arrive and the order was canceled while I was there. They can't make any because they are "out of cheese" but can make me anything else. Like a pizza with cheese? Why yes she informed me a pizza with cheese is possible but a puff with cheese is not... because of the cheese shortage...My entire oder was refunded and I was still given the order of cheese bread that was on there but was not given the sauces. I asked for them, but was ignored several times. So close to almost making it better...I WILL DRIVE TO ANYWHERE ELSE TO ORDER FOOD. IM NOW AN UNSAVABLE SALE. 100% DEDICATED TO NEVER EATING FROM THE COMPANY AGAIN.Don't waste your time.

I came in for a pepperoni pizza, it took nearly 40 minutes to get it. From the time I paid at the counter, till I got my 1 pizza in hand was about 40 minutes. At a place that prides itself on hot & ready pizza.I was able to order pizza from another place & have it delivered in less than half that time.

Wanted 20+ minutes post the stated pickup window. Pizza was decent but the puffs were barely warm and the crazy bread had no seasoning or butter.An apology of any sort would have improved the service rating.

Galion little Caesars most of the time has hot and ready pizzas. Somehow I keep coming in and picking up the last one and it's not very hot but I don't want to wait 30 minutes for another one. I wish someone would keep an eye on their stock and check Temps but they are busy and turnover for employees is high. Service is excellent when they have the people and when the pizza is hot it's pretty good.
