Look I know you are busy but to totally ignore a customer waiting, waiting and waiting at the counter! Then when she did acknowledge that customer she acted like she was being bothered! I do like this location but damn if you can't handle being "busy" at 8:30am then shut your doors! That's the busiest time of the day so please get it together. Oh, and the "manager" kept walking right by me! Unhappy customer Tim Hortons
I got a French Vanilla Cappuccino for my husband at the drive thru. My husband said it tasted terrible. He said it tasted like a watered down hot chocolate. He ended up not drinking it. I tried to call the store but they never answered their phone. I wonder if they have new staff that doesn't know how to make this drink. It was early in the morning so you would think it would be fresh.

I dont believe this is a location based issue but an app issue. It doesn't tell you when breakfast ends anywhere and it still allows you to order breakfast even after they supposedly don't serve it. I did not get my breakfast sandwich, All they were willing to give me was my coffee and donut. I don't know if it says the hours at the store itself but the app should definitely tell you and not allow you to order after the fact.
