This was the worst it's ever been, the produce was either gone or in terrible shape. Only took a picture of this onion but it was rotted and gnats were everywhere.

The dirtiest unstocked shelves and the constant moving of items in isle to another. I asked about some items I have always been able to get and was told they aren't ordering those anymore and two of the items were actually Kroger brands. I went into the kroger at Grt Southern and too my amazement it was fully stocked and you could eat off their floor it was so clean and open the kroger is huge, best of all the still have premium select meats in the deli and I have yet to see any prices like 10 to 11 dollars a pound. still find 4 to 7 dollars a pound. Grt. Southern is only 15 min away. Take some time to see this one you will be as shocked as I. My grocery bill went from 320.00 to 189.00 by going 13min away. It will be worth the drive. I heard the galloway store was closing. Not to hard to believe even though it was hearsay.. Good luck.

VERY disappointed in this bakery. I ordered my daughter's cake a week in advance, the woman took everything down on the ticket, I go to pick it up today and it's the WRONG cake. Instead of doing the one with all the icing designs, they did the edible image, which is disgusting and no one will eat it at the party. The woman at the bakery checked the ticket and it had the correct cake number on it, so whoever made it didn't even check and just made the easier of the two minnie mouse cakes. Now it's time for my daughter's party and we have to improvise with a cake that doesn't match her entire minnie mouse theme.

The layout is terrible. The isles are not stocked with common food items like everywhere else now is. The self check out circle is only big enough to hold about 6 bags not a full cart of weekly family shopping. With only 3 real registers ever open this is a huge inconvenience. The prices are not cheaper anymore than anyone else. Plus the buy 5 buy 4 buy 10 is a pain in the butt to get the sale. I'm done. I'm going to giant eagle.

finding everything I needed & wanted including an employee that went to the back of the store & retrieved 7up for me. Oh & I found a can of Lysol. I Love this store

Stock in produce was low and shabby. I went specifically for the weeks pre-made salads, I walked out with one. No bagged grapefruit. No original pepperoni in meat or frozen isle. Looked like the morning after a frat party.

I was just at Kroger expecting empty shelves due to the shortages from coronavirus scare. They were stocked! Nice job Kroger!

This is a regular kroger. I usually come here to go to US bank. Nice little spot to hit over on this side of Columbus.

This Kroger is terrible. No one wants to help you and if you ask they scoff and give you an attitude. And don't even get me started with the pharmacy. I called in a prescription to be filled and the lady who answered was very rude and hung up on me. When I went to pick up my prescription the man who helped me was also very rude. He was discussing something with another worker and made my transaction last much longer than it needed to. He had a very condescending tone, this sucks because it's really close to home for me, but I'll have to shop and fill my prescriptions elsewhere. They updated the store but still have the same garbage employees.

On several occasions recently we’ve had meat (mostly beef and ground beef more specifically) go bad within 2-3 days of purchase. Never used to happen and to me that is unacceptable. This has happened on in store purchases and quick list pickup orders.
