I have been enjoying the Roman burger when the first Mr Hero wasLocated on Bellaire Ave in Cleveland. I noticed that the menu has changed. The kitchen is always clean. The. Staff is always polite, and happy to accommodate your needs and diet. Well lit and not crowded. Not enough lettuce on the Roman, so I always ask for more. This Mr.Hero is the best. The ladies up front are always nice and on top of it, food's done in a decent amount of time, always sparkling clean, there's an odd smell when you first walk in but all Mr. Hero's have that- it must be the meat lol yikes, but yum

My Sister and I stopped here last week and I ordered the hot butter cheesesteak combo and it was delicious. Well we back here again and was welcomed by Mikki very warm welcome.
