Bigger than I expected. Parking lot is small but plenty more along the road.Not too busy so that was nice. It is off season so that helps. Steak on a stone was just ok. A ribeye would have been better than a strip. Walleye was quite small but good. Ceasar salad was good and plenty big for a side salad. Service was good. Quite pricey but I guess thats anywhere now days.

Late dinner on an off-season night and all 6 of us were happily surprised with how good the food was. Lobster risotto was fantastic!

Have stopped here 3-4 times during the bar crawls held on the strip. The prices are 2-3 times more here compared to other bars on the strip. You spend $100+ buying shots for a group of 10 or more here but you can go across the street and get better drinks for less than half that. It’s always been just a quick stop for us due to that. This weekend (on Saturday) we were dreading going but wanted to finish the crawl and get all of our stamps. The bar crawl sheet said they close at 10pm. At maybe 9:25 we pass a group that said “hope you aren’t going to GOTL brewing because they just kicked us out and locked the doors early” we walked the rest of the way and the workers were all inside . 2 cleaning and 2 sitting at a table. We knocked on the window to try and get some answers since the paper said they don’t close until 10 and we didn’t want to lose out on finishing the bar crawl. They saw us and completely ignored us. We went across the street to East End to complete that stop and I asked the bartender what she thought we could do. That’s when she told me that the paper was wrong and they close at 9pm. I’m not sure why one of the workers at GOTL couldn’t have just come and explained that. OR why no one corrected the paper they pass out to eliminate the confusion. East End had GOTLs stamp and we were able to buy a second drink there to get credit. We love east Ends drinks and prices and we were happy it worked out the way it did. But very disappointed in the customer service, communication and prices at GOTL brewing. I’m sure they weren’t the ones that make the bat crawl sheets but even a sign in the window could have helped customers!

The food was very good. Especially the American Kobe beef on a hot stone. The sides (risotto and mash potatoes) were not hot enough though. Nice service.

We called ahead prior to going to the restaurant and were told that they could accommodate our group but when we arrived they hesitated to seat us and told us they may not be able to serve us even though closing time was an hour away. We told them we will go elsewhere and they actually THANKED US FOR LEAVING!??? We will NEVER go back!

One bartender for a Saturday afternoon and didn’t even say hello nothing waited a good 15-20 minutes to even be noticed, than waited on people next to us whom came in after us. Finally asked our order which was two beers took another 10 minutes for those. Let me mind you there were maybe ten people there. After a good hour for one beer we weren’t going to hang around for food no thanks. And only two in house brews to boot ?

OK and would return. Average food, average beer, nice patio with views of Lake. It isn't like breweries near me, GOTL was a fine place to grab some food and a drink. Just manage your expectations.

This bar has a beautiful setting. Maybe just a bad night but the employees seemed like they didn’t want to be there. We were post summer, kids back in school so slower business. Good list of beer, we did not eat there but they have Kobe steaks.
In the days of everyone being short staffed it would take a lot for me to leave a bad review. There has to be a management issue here because it is so poorly run.We stood in line for 30 minutes just to check-in (not to be seated, to actually make it to the hostess stand). This should have been my first clue to leave. Once we were seated 25 minutes passed and no one acknowledged us. I had to get up and find someone to remind them we were there (they admitted they forgot). After ordering drinks it took another 20 minutes for them arrive. When our food arrived (90 minutes after originally being seated) mine was the wrong order and had to be sent back. Our food in general was mediocre at best.My son asked for ranch dressing on three different occasions and finally the third person came back and said they were out. Not a huge deal until I’m dropped my bill and CHARGED for two sides of ranch dressing we never received.When people are having that bad of an experience there are a lot of things that can be done on a customer service or management level to change the perception and this is where the restaurant truly failed the most. Hence the bad review. I have gave two stars because it is one of the nicest location to eat on the strip when it comes to the view. I hope eventually they get it together again.

We were staying next door and after walking the strip made our way back here for late night dinner. The dining room was full so we decided to wait outside at the bar and ended up being able to order here (instead of waiting 45 minutes). It was great and the menu had so many options we couldn't decide we asked the bartender for help. We went with the stuffed pepper egg rolls, lobster risotto and brat sandwich side of beer cheese. All were so good! They did have the steak on stone experience that looked and smelled amazing.
