Out of baked potato, out of Cinnabon pull apart, out of frosty, out of Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers, out of the cold brew. So close the store if you can't provide to guests... after waiting for over a half hour, we didn't get to order anything because they were out of everything. Lousy establishment

If I could get this place zero stars I would. I have given this place many chances, but with every new chance is the same disappointment. The sandwiches are always rock hard like they have been sitting under the light for hours and they always end up forgetting to put something in the bag. The staff is very is very unprofessional and the management on ALL shifts are just as poor. My husband heard very inappropriate convo coming from the workers there.... The employees friends come up and hang out in the lobby and are loud and inappropriate. Don't go here...hit up the McDonald's across the street.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been too. It was a 23 minute stop with only 2 cars in front of us. We waited and waited for fries. We realized 2 of the 3 burgers were wrong and didn't have bacon on them. I went inside. 5 kids standing around while the "manager" made food; one in jeans with his pants hanging down and his butt out, snap chatting. The place was a mess. Stood there for almost ten minutes waiting and the manager asked if I "wanted the bacon on the side". Who wants to build their own burger in their car?! Plus the wrong ones were cold by then. Finally get back on the freeway and find that they gave us no sauce for our nuggets. We had three issues with one simple order that took far longer than reasonable. That manager needs to get his crew in shape or be replaced with someone who cares. We called and spoke with him and he was completely uncooperative and didn't seem to care about their performance.
This place is disgusting. The tables haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The carpet is black from not being cleaned. The manager just let's the employees do whatever. You complain about the dirty tables he just walks away. You get hair in your sandwich like I did the employees talk to you like they want to fight. Had some guy just walking around in a goodie and his PA ts falling down. Then you get old food thys been sitting for awhile and I guess this was all my fault. Health department needs to go there asap!!
