“Very nice little brewery in the heart of the historic district. The service, beer and food were really good. I had the Dunkel and my daughter had a crazy train which she loved. We had the carnitas taco appetizer and they served 2 of them. Enough to share. I would recommend Fretboard Brewing.“

“First of all, Jack the bartender, is amazing and absolutely added to the atmosphere of this place. He was welcoming before I even sat down at the bar and was the perfect dinner friend for a solo traveler. For all the folks looking for a good time surrounded by great people, this is the place to be!As a bonus, the beer is really good and the food is awesome! I tried the Ranch Brined Fried Chicken Sandwich with fries that come with ketchup. But you gotta order a side of ranch!!! Ranch needs to be added to this dish automagically. It smelled so good I didn’t even take a picture of it! So I guess you just don’t get to see it until you try it yourself.“
“We were visiting from out of town, and my nephew suggested 3rd Eye Brewing. It was very good, the bartenders were outstanding, and they were ready with suggestions. A great experience, good food , I suggest the Cowboy burger and the Kandy beer.“

“Super friendly service! Hands down the best part of the experience simply because they were SO amazing, great conversationalists, had great attitudes, and sought to be so accommodating. They did a great job explaining how and where to order and making recommendations. Had the lavender drink, but as a mocktail (a modification the bartender asked if I wanted). Shared an appetizer platter and guac and the barrita tacos. Really enjoy the platter and found the taco meat could've been a bit more juicy, but they were good!! I would try a burger next time - they looked incredible! Everything was quick and the restaurant was so clean! Great for groups!“
“Top-notch beer varieties (I had their French Connection farmhouse Saison and their Monty IPA) and the Fig and Prosciutto pizza loaded with both on the best crust. Not a crumb left. Great outdoor and indoor spaces in the heart of old town Montgomery.“

“Overall five stars because Gilligan's is worth a visit! It's a very nice family place with a good atmosphere and service. We had brunch and despite being full, I cleaned my plate! The breakfast platter was just right, with perfectly cooked eggs. The chicken tender with it was delicious! The waffles were yummy too! The food is just solidly good. It's clear management is involved, checking in with staff when it got busy. All around, a friendly place. I will be back for sure and cannot wait to try the outdoor seating and more of the menu!Parking: There is plenty of street parking but also two free public lots towards the railroad tracks.Kid-friendliness: It's definitely a family place and kids are welcome!“

“A delicious restaurant and beer experience. Afraid I had my daily 18 weidemanns bohemian pilsners I was ready. Jazz band outside, folks in the back flipping the meanest burger. When your readyt to take a trip to the whiz palace yourself in luck cus the historical bathroom is full of the greatest tile that's in st bernarndus . I don't know why they do fish specials but they good. Beer is fine.“

“This place is so lovely! All of the beers we had were an absolute delight, with such a fantastic environment. It really feels so homey and comfortable. This is a wonderful place I would absolutely recommend to anyone in town! Loved the Berry David, the Bad Maggie, and the Chai-ote. We will be back!“
