The pizza is normal papa John's pizza good pizza, but more expensive than in the past. And the service is seriously lacking. I've had problems on multiple occasions. I recommend carry out. Delivery left mush to be desired if you want hot or speedy food.

so i am a former five star reviewer for this place but the last five times ive either not gotten my soda or i’ve gotten the wrong one this time i called to complain the young lady got rude with me and cut me off hope the paltry amount you lost from my lack of future business was worth the $4 for the soda

I tried ordering a pizza two weeks ago at the Goshen Ohio location. The phone rang and rang. I tried three times. The fourth time some young girl answered the phone. Tried to order the Shaq a Roni the girl asked me if I wanted pepperoni. Pretty stupid if you ask me condescidering that is what comes on it. Asked me what my name was told her Carol. Why wont none of there codes work for discount . Like the 8.99 large pizza with three toppings . An you call in an they cant help you with being able to use the code either. Do your 3 topping large goes from 8.99 to 27.99...

Cancelled my delivery order because they didn't feel like taking the time to deliver it despite the fact I ordered over an hour before the cutoff time. Also failed to refund my $10 in reward cash that I used to pay for part of the order.

i have never had a problem with this establishment the pizzas always hot and the sodas cold and it’s invariably promptly delivered

Used to be great food and service but slipping lately. Pizza looks like it was cut by a kindergartner with a machete, brownie not cooked last couple times, quality has definitely suffered. And they need to not put the damn Ranch in with the wings. The heat separates the ranch and makes it nasty !

I called to order a pizza was on the phone for 5-10 minutes telling me about specials, taking order, giving credit card numbers etc went to process and they tell me "I'm sorry we closed 1 minute ago we can't order your pizza" are you kidding me!?!?!?! Why did you not tell me you were about to close when I originally called or if I took 2 minutes shorter id be able to order. This is so unprofessional. Taking someone through a 10 minute call and order only to say sorry we closed ONE minute ago is a huge waste of my time. You should have told me when I placed the call I'm sorry we close soon and are no longer taking deliveries, Id understand, the fact you took me through the entire process is incredibly infuriating
