My experience at this location has improved quite a bit from a year or two ago, I think they got new management in because the quality of the food, portions, and service have all improved. I used to drive to a different further away chipotle to get my fix but now I feel pretty confident eating at the w. 5th location.

I had a disappointing experience at Chipotle today. The host, Conchata, lacked friendliness and didn't greet me properly. When I ordered a rice bowl with chicken and steak, she became rude when I inquired about the meat. Despite my request, I received steak and pork instead. It's disheartening to pay for a meal and be treated poorly. Conchata also carelessly tossed all her receipts into my bag and bid me farewell with her back turned. I felt unwelcome and won't be returning to this location.

It's 11:15am. My online order was (supposedly) ready at 10:50. I'm still sitting in my vehicle WAITING FOR THE STORE TO EVEN OPEN!!! Completely unacceptable

The place is dirty even though they have like 6 people working and no one in line. They skimp on everything at this location. They don't let you get extra rice and a portion of protein is like half a scoop.

Place is constantly lacking employees and lack of food. I've went several times at night and they have ran out of half the stuff I wanted....no tomatoes...20 minute wait on rice....no chicken, no green sauce no fajita gp or onions.....spent $40 on 4 half filled bowls because they didn't have enough employees to keep making food and handle customers, I've stopped going

Others have warned not to come to this location because of how they skimp on the meat, but what I was served today was just ridiculously sub standard in a number of ways. The barbacoa was completely dried out, and I mean totally dry and the amount put into these two burritos was almost nothing. When I commented and said, "wow is that all" the young man making the burrito said nothing, while a female who I assume was the manager just scoffed at my question. The young man seemed really nervous and I didn't want make things worse for him so I went ahead with it and also ordered some chips and queso, which was my second mistake.When I got home and we began eating our burritos, my son kept asking why wasn't there any meat in his. He didn't find a bit of meat in his until he was halfway through with his burrito and mine wasn't much better. Not to mention what few bites contained meat, you couldn't taste it at all. The worst part though are the chips. A lot of the chips were actually soft like rubber and obviously not cooked all the way.I work way too hard for my money to have it wasted it on food that was just terrible, and made by staff that says nothing at all or scoffs at customers, when questioned why there was so little meat being put into a ten dollar burrito. The queso itself was okay but without chips that are cooked all the way, the entire meal was just bad and not at all worth the 28.50.Other than unfriendly attitudes, skimpy portions, dried out meat, and uncooked chips, this location did nothing for me but waste a hard working man's money. It takes me almost two hours to earn enough to buy what I ordered there today and I really don't appreciate the service or the product that I got for my money.

I ordered off door dash I got a burrito but I wanted it in a bowl but it doesn't give u that option so when I called to let them know I couldn't get ahold of anyoneit was the automated system and it will not redirect me to a customer service person so I couldn't talk to anyone and I feel like they need to fix
