I checked into a hotel after a 10 hour drive at 7pm and went into Jason's after looking at the reviews. The food is great and most of the employees were beyond fine, they were impeccably attentive and polite.I uncountered 2 issues, however.1. I specifically asked for no cheese on a 80 dollar 5 item walk in order for every item and it was listed on the receipt as "No cheese" for each one. Each item had cheese on it when I opened them. Having lactose intolerance, Im used to being very clear in requesting no cheese when ordering per each item. I did not have energy or time to come back and ask for them to redo my order, especially not having the mental energy to deal with this considering the 2nd issue.2. I am extremely well mannered and polite even though I was tired, but one of the older employees was rude and said audibly to other employees that I shouldn't have waited at the flat top counter and should have ordered online for such a big order instead of being so impatient. She was not rude to any other customer, only to me after seeing my face; whatever underlying connotations that may have, I don't care, but I may as well mention. I only waited at the counter for 3 minutes after an employee ushered me up to the counter and saying my order will be done soon, which is absolutely fine. I had waited 30 minutes for my order, and I did not look irritated and I did not complain, knowing the large order may have put a small wrench in whatever they were doing. I was content resting in a booth looking at work related emails. I was content waiting an hour even, since they had online orders, though no other in store customer present.$80 lost isn't an issue for me. It's that the blase treatment of no cheese request and rudeness of one particular employee warranted this review.

First time at a JD. Food was pretty good. Staff were friendly and accommodating Location wasn't bad Price for my half Rueben was ridiculous - almost 10 dollars for half a sandwich. Looks like Subway will be my Rueben joint going forward.

Ordered dinner through Door Dash and it was here fast, fresh, and so hot I had to let it cool. The tortilla soup and a chicken wrap is a delicious combo on a fall day, and the steamed veggies side is surprisingly good! I threw some soy sauce and Sriracha on the veggies at home since I like a little bit of a kick, but honestly it would have been just fine without. I will keep this place on the menu for future reference.

I like to order from Jason's deli. They have good variety and you know what you are getting. Unfortunately I did not love my meal today. I got the bbc chicken ranch salad. It had no corn or black beans and very little avocado. Also I got the blue chips and guac on the side and the guac tasted just funny. Bummer of a meal unfortunately.

They've changed the salad bar to a one trip deal. Sandwiches are still pretty good.
Had Jason's Deli for the first time this evening (thank you GH) absolutely delicious! The menu is 1/2 mile long so they will have something for just about anyone. The portions are huge as well. Will definitely be ordering again.

Santa fe chicken sandwich was great, along with the chips. They definitely didn’t skimp. I’ll be back to try the soft serve!
