“I cannot recommend Porchlight enough! I have become a frequent flyer— no seriously— twice a dad visits. I love the convenience of their online ordering in the morning and their great cafe space for lunch. There is no wrong answer when it comes to their variety of flavors for your lattes. Truly a skillfully crafted coffee menu along with flavor-packed food options. My absolute favorite menu item is their harvest Cobb salad. I CAN’T GET ENOUGH! Dried cranberries, grilled chicken, feta (I think), walnuts, topped with the to-die-for maple vinaigrette on a bed of lettuce. Seriously, there is NO reason NOT to go to Porchlight. Cheers!“

“Our server was great bless her heart. Our food, and ambience were also top level in an intimate setting. The only reason I can rate 5* was the 1 1/2 hour wait for our order after it was placed. They comp us 2 free deserts though and our waitress really was fantastic.“

“Finally had some time to try the cafe while doing the Stark Coffee Crawl during my vacation time. It's a beautiful place with a heartwarming mission. Located inside an outlet shopping area; small inside but there's a large room for larger parties and a cute little cozy seating nook with a take-one/leave-one book shelf. “This coffee shop is a great local place to meet up with friends and grab a drink. I personally love their hot lattes and enjoy the seasonal drinks. The reason I give four stars is because I have tried to work here sometimes and it is very loud. It's cool they roast the beans on site but the process is very loud and can be distracting during the day. Their wifi is also a hit or miss so I don't recommend working here if you have any calls scheduled.“

“Been here a couple of times. I only drink my coffee black so I can only talk to that. Having said it I have loved it. It is brewed quite well being not overly bitter or acidic. The atmosphere is great. It is an old storefront building with lots of charm and comfortable seating.“

“I do yoga hear on a regular basis and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The instructors are great, the heated studio really gets your sweat going, and the yoga packages are a great deal. A bonus is they have coffee and food plus cocktails. If you have a yoga class you can order beforehand and they will have it ready once you're done. All the employees are so nice and friendly. They know the regulars by name. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches are superior if eating locally. They also have events if you follow them on Instagram. Definitely worth the trip in!“

“Taggarts is a good old fashioned Ice Cream establishment...and it is FANTASTIC! They also have excellent food on their restaurant menu. The homemade texture and QUALITY of Taggarts ice cream is a Canton and Stark County mainstay. Pure quality. There is no substitute.Parking: Parking is limited to on street parking. Not ideal but also very doable. Regardless, Taggarts is worth the trip!“

“I will admit I've been to this place several times. Service can be spotty and sometimes takes awhile or orders get messed up. If you go through the drive-through check your order before you leave. “I picked up a bag of whole bean expresso roast. It is by far the best expresso I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. “Great coffee and friendly staff but bought some beans and noticed after that they have no roast date on them. Only found out later that they're likely old as I have to adjust my grind big time out of what I normally do with fresh beans. Won't buy beans again but will still grab a cup of coffee when in the area.“

“Since 1947- this place is amazing! Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere delicious sweet treats. We had a croissant style donut with white cream and a cinnamon roll- very fresh and delicious. Decaf coffee was fresh and hot. Hot chocolate was from a dispenser but was hot and tasty, topped with whipped cream. There were several “locals” that welcomed us in to their conversation and made us feel like we belonged- wife is a native but they also welcomed my Southern self. We ate in at a vintage counter with stools, maybe not from ‘47 but a vintage welcoming counter. “I've been eating this place for the past 20 years and it has only gotten better and better over the years. Doesn't matter if you're dining in, taking it to go, or having it delivered...this is some of the best food you're going to find in northeast Ohio. Finding it in grubhub recently has been incredible since I'm not in the area very often at all. Double bacon cheeseburger (sub pepperjack) with fried pickles hits the spot every time! “Myself like most people, avoid the City of Akron like the plague. But Pearl coffee is one bean I will gladly venture the drive for.I consider Pearl Coffee the finest coffee available. Imagine gourmet beans from around the globe roasted right here in Summit county and available to you fresh. The depth of flavor is excellent.Pearl coffee is available at many local restaurants and Acme stores. I go to the Pearl coffee retail store on Broadway st in Akron and get the beans straight from the roaster. The parking is easy and they fill a real 16 oz pound which is a huge value.Parking: Park right in front of the door.“

“Located in an ordinary strip mall, the seasonal drinks at Muggswigz were anything but ordinary. We ordered a small baklava latte and a small pumpkin pie latte. They were absolutely incredible. Delicious flavor, generous size for a small, and served at the perfect temps. Lovely Latin music was playing the day we visited and it wasn't busy at all, so we had our choice of seating to enjoy our beverages. The atmosphere was eclectic and open, which creates the potential for it to be loud with many people present. Recommend for their coffee. We will be back.“

The last time they gave me a little sample of a fruity drink with foam on top. It was really good. I think it was called a Sunrise...or Sunset...Sun'swet, maybe?!?
