When you first sit down you are met with a 6 page menu with lots of options. I highly recommend the Bronx bomber! It was an overloaded corn beef sub that was like a cross between permanti bros and a Frisco melt. Server was really friendly and patient. Drinks were ice cold and the draft beer comes in fish bowls. Great atmosphere.
The last several times we have been has not been good. From my sandwich order being wrong several times (which I didn't say anything about that) and tonight I ordered a steak sandwich...I thought that's what I was going to get anyway...steak. But when it came out it was not a steak...it was some sort of sirloin hamburger smashed out to look like a steak. I did say something this time and was told after the waitress went back and talked to whoever...dont know if it was the Manager or cook...that it was a New York Strip...no....I know what a New York Strip is and sir or ma'am you are wrong. Just not a good meal at all.....didn't even look good. And from hearing complaints from other customers it might be that alot of the trouble is a rude Manager. Do you care about your customers? We have always had good service though and the waitresses are good. Sorry to say we won't be returning.

1st let me say this is the 2nd time n the last time I will set foot in this establishment... The people that I was surrounded with was great n the food was good.. Could have been a tad bit warmer but still good. My complaint was with 1 of the 2 bartenders on 3/21 (last night)... Never have I been treated with such disrespect over a dispute on my bill... Even after I just said 4get it I will just pay the bill the bartender in the blue dress went from 0-60.... Not once did I yell or raise my voice to her or become confrontational.... I actually thght everything was calm down... I even made a joke stating I would bring 40 people with me the next time I came to eat n it escalated to the 100th power.... She cursed me n pushed me while I was at the hostess station n told me to get the F outta her bar..... As I was walking toward the exit she pushed me out the door n slammed it shut n locked it.... I stood there for a second or 2 in total shock....B4 all of that went down I had a really great time n was looking forward to another return.....After last nights event I will not n will proceed with further action...It was stated she was the owners girlfriend n if the owner happens to read this u really need to take her from behind the bar....Her customer skills is lacking n will cause u to loose business which is never good.....I surely will NOT BE BACK.......

Julie Ann was our waitress and she was very attentive and great customer service.You definitely get plenty of food.Great place to take a date or spouse or even to hang with friends.
First time for me eating there. Wow the food was delicious I got jumbo shrimp,French fries and a salad I could not believe how much food you get and prices were great!Will definitely be back!

Good food over all. Only big down fall if you have to wait a very very long time to get in the door to eat most days. It's not worth the wait to eat there if there is a line out the door.
Place is super busy! But worth the wait. Food is outrageously good!!!Had the seafood salad and it was the best tuna steak I have ever been served. Will return!!

Must of got there after rush hour. Waited 20 minutes no service. Ordered water another 10 minutes.Had black stuff floating in glass of water . Got up and left . Oh yeah there was still no one to take our order . Wasn't impressed
