Yes it's a chain, but with chains you know what you're getting! But this location has always been better than the others, in my opinion! The service is always quick and friendly! They greet you with a smile and if you're a regular like me, they even know when you're trying something new!

Food was good. Service was great. On this particular visit the food was not the issue. Employees napping in a booth like it is some type of flop house, was not my idea of a pleasant dining experience.

Ordered for delivery and it took almost 2 hours to get here and I live less than 20 minutes away. We only ordered 2 things. I understand restaurants can be busy and how hectic it can be especially with drivers but 2 hours is insane.

I know it's a chain. I know it's like a Chipotle for noodles. And yet, I think Noodles and Company is consistently underrated. The meals are large, the flavors are delectable, and frankly, sometimes you just want to know you are going to have a good meal. This place is always a win. They have tons of options from more Italian inspired to more Asian influenced. There is Mac and Cheese, Pad Thai, Japanese Pan, Spaghetti, Cavatappi. The sauces range from spicy to cheesy, and then there are also salads, appetizers, and gigantic cookies. The staff at this particular location deserves a lot of praise. Every single time we have visited (we come a lot before taking in a movie at Northgate) they are friendly, professional, and just really step up the customer service game. Plus, they have that super charged soda machine where you can get yourself a lime coke or orange sprite if your flavor palate is that of a 10 year old. And mine is. Go. Eat. Enjoy.

My first time eating at a Noodles n Co. I got the chicken Alfredo dish and it is absolutely delicious. Very friendly staff. I'm a new fan and I will be back.

Excellent for quick "fast food." Staff is helpful, attentive. The atmosphere is clean and portions are generous.

I usually do not like chains, but this was very good. I enjoyed my shrimp Pad Thai!! Next time I would ask for extra sauce...I took out so it probably got absorbed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I brought my toddler here for lunch today and our food was very good. I got the Pad Thai and she had macaroni and cheese. We had about half of our meal when my daughter said she had to go potty. As most moms of littles know, this means I had about 30 seconds to take her before I had more than one mess on my hands. I made a point to quickly clean up the food she had dropped and put all of our trash in a bag and throw it away. I did purposefully stack our meals next to her unfinished milk so that I could grab them and take them with us when she was finished going to the bathroom. If only I could grow some arms I would have been able to carry the food, the milk, the purse, and the kid. At that I failed and after our 60 second bathroom trip our food was already gone. The man at the counter did kindly offer to remake it, but I declined. I appreciated that, but the only thing I would like to offer as a take away is to consider us mommas who don't have anyone there to help. Be patient with us, sometimes we need some extra time to get our sh*t together.

We attended their Grand Opening a couple of years ago and the food was great but quality and service has been declining. Last few meals there have been terrible, usually overcooked. Most employees seem inexperienced and clueless. Used to eat there at least once a week, but no more. This place is way too expensive given the poor food and service.

The staff is pleasant and very helpful with the large menu. I actually tried 2 dishes. An Asian spicy beef noodle dish that was decent, but it was literally sweet. I also tried the zucchini noodle shrimp scampi dish. It was decent but missing some flavor. Some kick. I also feel the bowls should be a little more full for the price point although I know everything is pre measured. I have been told they make their rice crispy treats in house daily. They are amazing.

Though a chain, Noodles and Company is quickly becoming one of my go to stops when I am feeling hungry for some chow around dinner time. Bring your appetite, because this place will fill you up! Since noodles are an integral part of several different cultural cuisines, there are many great choices to make! Some of the great options I have tried include the Pesto Cavatappi, Japanese Pan Noodles, and the Penne Rossa. I have yet to be disappointed. This particular location boasts a friendly staff that will make your delightful dish while you wait, and is a great place to stop before or after taking in a movie at the nearby theater.

I went last week and ordered the truffle Mac and cheese and the Korean Ramen , pot stickers and a caesar salad. The truffle Mac and cheese was flavorful and cheesy. The pot stickers and Ramen were just okay, the Caesar salad was not put into my bag so I wasn't able to try it. Today I again tried the truffle Mac and cheese with chicken. It tasted absolutely nothing like the dish I had last week. I was essentially given a large bowl of noodles with virtually no cheese or mushrooms and a handful of chicken. It was flavorless, dry and frankly disgusting. I've attached pictures. After I got home I essentially had to add my own cheese to try and give it some flavor. I wasted $11 and will no longer be patronizing this location. As there is zero consistency in their menu items. Very disappointing

Great food. Fresh. Flavorful. I came on a Sunday evening so it wasn't too busy. Really laid back spot. Is return.
