Now I know why this Grove City OH location was empty . Server kept saying “Don’t be mad at me” as we try to order , in a whiny voice like a child . Ordered drinks , told couldn’t order more than 1 at a time and AFTER my first drink was made then asks for my ID .Walked out and will never be back to any Applebees location .

Today 3/28/24 we got our usual Applebee's take-out, which is 4-6 orders of chicken quesadilla's. Normally, we go order the same about 2-4 times a yr & 90% each time it's at the Stringtown location, but today me & my family all agree it tasted unusually different. Like they added & changed the quesadilla's ingredients/recipe. Like sweet & spicier. I'm hoping it's only a 1 time fluke. It's a big favorite of my sons. & today's his birthday so we got him his favorite dinner. But I don't see us reordering the chicken quesadilla if it keeps continuing to taste like the 1s we ordered tonight.

We arrived on a late-night tip a little after 9 pm. It was a little lively with nice music playing. This location has now included the TouchTunes jukebox so you can download an application and pay to hear certain songs. I will warn you that most R&B & Hip-Hop songs are not available to play for some reason.Our server seemed to be in a bit of a rush but he was still professional and friendly.We had the Wonton Tacos (highly recommend) as an appetizer and we each ordered an entree. Everything came out pretty quickly, I just wish the food was hot.Pretty great experience overall! I will be returning to the Grove City Applebees location.
Service was wonderful. Restaurant wasn't all that clean and when the sever tried to seat us at a table that had food under that table I was shocked. It was cleaned up after I bought it to her attention. Server forgot one of my kids sides and hardly any bacon in the 4 cheese Mac and cheese. At this point I should stay home and cook. I spent 109 dollars and I tip well.

Had a great time manager last nite and waitress was amazing fixed are problems had an amazing time some food lil pricey that's only problem I have but great everything Abby waitress and manger was Richard was perfect best manager ever raise for both pls.

one star because I was severely OVERCHARGED for my meal due to your POS system being offline. Overcharging should be a reason for loss of franchise license. BOO!!!!! watch these people if you eat here.
