“First time ordering from here I order them on doordash. I have always wanted to try this place out evee since they open their menu selection is the ? when placing my order on doordash they called me to clarify something to make sure it was right that's really great customer service that is much appreciated. The Philly cheese steak I order was a decent amount portion of meat on the sandwich it made with fresh ingredients vegetables my only complaint was I didn't care for the hoagie roll they used it wasn't all that fresh tasting in my opinion but overall highly recommend this place definitely gonna try some other items they got on their menu soon.“

“A big fat meaty juicy sammich that comes with a hefty price. 2 people can easily share it so that makes it a bit easier to swallow. We ordered from a window and then sat in the nearby outdoor tables to enjoy the morning sun and it was a really nice vibe.“

“Let me just say this: I enjoy cheesesteaks, but I HATE onions (I know, I knoe) and I really appreciate that my cheesesteak was onion-free. A lot of times the onions are so ubiquitous on their grill that little bits of it find their way into my sandwich, and I'm sad. But not here. And my request for light mayo was honored to perfection. The meat was tasty and abundant.The only bad: I ordered extra provolone, and it was not well melted. I want my cheesesteak cheesy as hell, saturated through the meat, and that did not happen here. But the ingredients were top notch and everything was tasty.The only downside is that we did not get a text when our food was ready, as I believe we should have.“

“I've eaten here quite a few times, especially in the last few months. I can't rank the 'atmosphere' because I've only ever used the drive-thru, but the food has always been great. The subs are pretty good sized. They're a lot like Penn Station.My only criticism comes with an offset: the drive-thru is very slow -- but, that's probably because they're cooking food for your order; this isn't fast food, so it takes time. You're probably better off going in to order. Again, it's just not fast food, which is probably why it tastes better than fast food!“

High St. in the "University District" neighborhood of Columbus.My food choice for yesterday had been a "Steak Philly Cheesesteak" and a "Regular Original Fries."I remember a restaurant named "Charley's Steakery" -- perhaps at that same exact location -- many years ago -- while I had worked at the former Long's Book Store at 1836 N. High St.The building where Charleys Philly Steaks is located had been built as a movie theater in 1947 and features a bas relief depiction of OSU football legend Chic Harley permanently installed on the outside wall. That movie theater has been converted since then to two side-by-side businesses.If you are looking for a delicious "Philly Chesesteak" or other similar items, I recommend Charleys Philly Steaks.“
