Today my other half, myself and daughter went here so I could get my other half a meal. The workers were truly amazing and very kind. We got seated and a few minutes later they bring my other halfs food out. He absolutely loved it. While sitting there the nice lady who was checking on everyone and asking if they needed refills had came back to our table with two bags, one was a chicken sandwich with fried and the other was a kids meal. She asked if we would like them and we politely told her sure. Shout to her because she was so sweet and kind and I hope her boss sees this and praises her for her kindness. We needed it today <3

The location is very close to a extremely busy corner and in order to turn into location it's a left then immediate left which causes traffic behind to almost hit or blocking all traffic for other places. We couldn't even pull in bc of the hassle. If located elsewhere would be safer for everyone and less stress to get a meal!

It is your average Chick-fil-A. I find that when I Mobil order I never get out of the line any faster so its not always worth your time (at least during breakfast). They are very kind and friendly and the food has always been correct and warm. They usually tell you when they are out of items before you order but sometimes they don't say anything until you have already paid.

I absolutely love this place. I like going inside, the entire staff is great.
Excellent!Parking: They have free parking that wraps around the building. If you're driving a semi you may have to detach the trailer. Some people may have trouble navigating the parking lot if they are not good drivers. The parking lot does not show up on Google maps, but if you put the Chick-fil-A into your GPS you should be able to find at the parking lot. On the way in or out be careful as many people do not choose to drive on the right or left side, they drive straight down in the middle because they don't know it's a two-lane entrance/exit.Kid-friendliness: Some of the employees and customers have kids in the store.Wheelchair accessibility: The door is wide enough for a regular wheelchair.

Went through drive thru ordered 4pc chicken strips received 3 and requested chick fil a sauce and received bbq sauce. Ordered Mac and cheese and didn’t receive a fork. The sticker on my bag shows what I ordered was correct. I’ve been through the drive thru and they’ve forgot to give me straws and silverware. I go to chick fil a weekly and it’s not always like that just a few times.

Never disappointed with chick fil-A. This time I went to grove city location (Stringtown rd) the cars were wrapped around the entire building. I was going to leave but didn't. I was shocked at how quickly the line moved! Exceptional service and great chicken and waffle fries!
