Just finished eating here, had a gift card and wanted to use it. Never again though. Waitress was nice but seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, like they threw her in a said good luck. She added things to our order that we didn’t want nor ask for, didn’t ask how we wanted our food made. We got one refill our whole time being there and it was at the end of us eating, I had one bite left. Food was mid, could’ve made it better myself. Atmosphere is blamed on other customers that didn’t care how much they were hacking up with no hand, arm or anything to cover their faces. The floor plan to this place guarantees no privacy, I was basically sitting right next to a stranger. If I were to be sitting on the other side of the table I’d be back to back with another stranger. I wish I never went here, peace and love to everyone that works there or likes to go there but I wasted money and time. I wish I could get my money back.

Sadly, they were out of 4 things we wanted. Two of us wanted catfish, but only one piece each. We got what we wanted, but were charged for two pieces each. Not as good an experience as we've come to expect.
This place still rocks for my wife and I. She's always admiring the goods as you walk in.Food is always great, service is always spot on, the atmosphere great. We have taken vacations driving from Craker Barrel store to the next one, leap froging to our destination.Parking: More than you can count.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access in and out, customer friendly.

I got meatloaf it was old and fried warmed up. It was terrible. Got baby carrots no taste was water logged. Last was dumplings ok not as juicy. Could not eat meatloaf or carrots. Waited 40 minutes after ordering to get food. Was not busy. Staff just standing around talking to each other or on cell phones. Sad to say will not be back to the one in Grove City. Management did not care. Ask if I wanted something different. After 40 minutes to get so about 1 hour. I'm not sitting waiting for something else.

I like the general store and restaurant atmosphere. Prices are a little high for many things. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is overall good and prices and portions are generous.

My food came out cold, this restaurant is understaffed, waitress was overwhelmed with amount of tables she had, very poorly run restaurant, bad management.
