Service was the worst. My pizza took almost an hour and a half to get here. The manager hung up on me. Absolutely the worst service. I would not recommend this place. It is a train wreck.

Every time I make an order, it's incorrect. I try to have them fix it, and they always refuse and say it right. Very disrespectful employees never go Donatos pizza in Grove City again. I tried this particular one five different times and always came out the same results. The really great pizzas never had any problems with any other store but this one. I noticed the owner replaced everybody but still the same situation..UPDATE: The manager refused to refund after burning my pizza 3 times. I ordered just one pizza with cheese and sauce. Had it re-done 3 times and every time was burnt to a crisp. This is the worst place ever. If I what Donatos I have to go to the other one in Grove City but I have to pick it up myself. Just hate going out for just a pizza.

Worst ever pizza served cold and lacking taste & they messed up order the last 3 times I ordered from there. Also when I place my order some woman answers the phone with a scared sounding Hello ??? As though she’s clueless that she works at a business where you answer hi this is Donotos on Stringtown how may I help you ? She literally answers like it’s her personal phone WHO DOES THAT… to make matters worse she only says she’s a manager when you ask why they are answering their phone like that, as though this makes sense….SO UNPROFESSIONAL…. I won’t be giving them my business anymore the restaurant is dirty inside too.

Fantastic customer service! I wish I remember the guy's name that helped me. The atmosphere seemed very out together and the workers appeared to be working well together and liking their job. That's very hard to come by.

Chase from the Stringtown location went above and beyond making sure we got the best service. He stayed after his shift to make sure we were taken care of. I had just worked an 11 hour shift and having friendly service was much needed. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would !!
