I had to have my Frisch's while back in town. Got a Big Boy and fries, which were (as nearly always) delicious! Great service and clean restaurant. Of course I'll be back!

Just moved to grovecity. The food was nice and buffet on sunday is really good, but the Manager had to be our server because the two young ladies in our section ignored us for 10 minutes I guess they were tired of the Sunday rush but I will give it another go because it could of been a isolated incident but we gave a 10$ tip to the sweet lady host who brought our issue to management

Right off the exit ramp seated quickly but it took over 35 min's too get our food should have gotten the breakfast buffet that seems to be the main focus of this store anyway if you're feeling nostalgic this ain't the place could have gone to McDonald's and gotten a Big Mac slathered in tater sauce would have been better.

Rude and snarky manager. When I asked if they really charged for a couple rings of onions on a sandwich, she responded, "I don't. Frisch's does. I hope you have a better night, honey" because I stopped smiling immediately due to her tone and response. She rushed us to our table and sat menus down without saying a word when we arrived. Nevermind that the salad bar wasn't stocked. Totally snarky and appeared to be hating her job. When I asked for someone else's number or a district manager, she said they don't have people like that.I'm not sure why she appeared to simply want to be mean nor why customers have to be nicer than the manager of the restaurant. She was unbelievable and I wish ownership could pull the audio of how she treated a customer who politely asked a question.
