I came here about a month ago and the service was so bad I left without getting anything! I came in here today and they had a whole new staff! They were ? amazing! Shout out to Luke who was extremely sweet! My boyfriend dropped his sub and he made another without a flinch! The whole team was very friendly and were greeted by everyone upon entering the store! We'll definitely be back! Thanks for the upgrade and thanks Luke for looking out and taking care of us!

This is the worst Jersey Mikes ever, I usually go to them because they’re always consistently good, this one is not. Food was burnt, waited forever to pay, staff is alright but don’t go out of their way to actually get you the right food. Just skip going here if you’re thinking about it.

Big fan of Jersey Mike's. Freshly sliced right in from of you. You can actually taste the difference between the meats. The bread doesn't overwhelm the sandwich and the staff at the Grove City location is always fantastic.

Came in Thursday night to grab dinner for the family. Have since not ate another meal because of food poisoning. I ordered a #56 and the only thing I can assume is cross contamination.

I'm not sure what they are trying to pull at this location but my wife and I stopped in last week and ate lunch and before we even started the process of telling the person behind the counter what we wanted on our subs another employee says that we can go ahead and pay so her colleague can catch up and we could cash out faster to speed up the process. We thought that was strange because that has never happened before but we went with it so i gave my wife my card while her colleague began to ask me what I wanted on my sub. Meanwhile my wife cashes out. I then notice that my bank statement read $37.13 and we ordered a regular size turkey sub and a mini sized italian sub with 2 drinks. I then get online and try to order the same exact thing to double check and I got $21.48 so they overcharged us $16??? Not even sure what 2 meals would cost $18.56 a piece that this person could make a mistake on to begin with but we definitely felt taken advantage of and do not appreciate being scammed especially for almost double of what it would normally cost. Cool trick but we realized what you did there and next time when we are out and decide to stop it will be elsewhere

I was informed by the crew working that this location is under new ownership that is cracking down on portions. I was told there would be an extra charge for any more meat or bacon than what is shown on the photos included. I’ve been going to this Jersey Mike’s location once/week for the past two years but I’ll get my fix at other locations going forward.
I want to congratulate this staff. I walked up to the counter and ordered a turkey and provolone on gluten free bread. Without even saying I had an allergy I was asked if I had one. I confirmed I did! Without hesitation he started wiping down everything and changing knives. Everyone else on the line changed their gloves. Thank you Jersey Mikes and keep up the good work!?⭐️Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

i don't leave reviews too often but i came in and got a sub recently at this location and i was informed they had new owners i have too say the food is not as good as it wants was the workers look very stressed out and have made all these new policies on there food and i have noticed all there good workers are leaving and the food has gotten so nasty and some of the new workers are rude wants was a good place too eat but the old crew there was way better and way better on preparing food wont come too location no more services are going down hill and food is sloppy and way too many old crew members leaving
